Rep. Rogers: Putin 'Playing Chess and We're Playing Tic-Tac-Toe'

Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Mich.), chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, said Sunday that Russian President Vladimir Putin "got everything he wanted" out of the situation with Syria, "including taking away the president's advantage of a guaranteed or at least a credible military strike."
