Romney: Obama Needs to Take Responsibility for ‘Another Kick in the Gut to Middle Class Families’

This morning, Romney called the jobs report this morning -- which reported that unemployment is still at 8.2% and that only 80,000 jobs were created--"another kick in the gut." 

Romney insists that 'the President's policies have not gotten America working again' and that 'the President does not have a plan,' but that he (Romney) does 'have a plan.'
