Scarborough: Sanctuary City Advocates 'Have All The Best Intentions'

Discussing the case of an illegal immigrant who shot a federal law enforcement officer in NYC despite a deportation order having been issued for him, but who could not be detained on other charges because of the city's sanctuary city laws, Joe Scarborough says: "The purpose behind sanctuary cities [is] motivated by people with all of the best intentions."
