SCOTUS Recognizing Right To Carry For Self-Defense Makes Capehart's 'Blood Run Cold'

On his MSNBC show, Jonathan Capehart says that a line from the SCOTUS decision overturning New York's very restrictive law on the right to carry makes his "blood run cold" because it recognizes a right to carry for "ordinary self-defense."
