SecDef Nomination: CNN Boosts 'Wonk' DeSantis, Morning Joe Mocks 'Lagging Indicator' Lindsey

With Pete Hegseth's nomination as Secretary of Defense reportedly in trouble, CNN This Morning boosted Ron DeSantis for the position.  Meanwhile, over on Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough & Co. had great fun mocking Lindsey Graham. They depicted Graham as a Johnny-come-lately to the group of Senators expressing serious reservations about Hegseth's nomination.  Scarborough approvingly quoted someone he described as a "Senate insider" who called Graham, in respect of his recent raising of doubts about Hegseth, a "lagging indicator."
