Sen. Hutchison: 'No Place in Constitution' Gives Congress Power To Mandate Health Insurance

Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-Tex.) said there is "no place in the Constitution" that gives Congress the authority to mandate that Americans buy health insurance, as the Senate health care bill requires.
