Sen. Van Hollen Admits Dems Have No Plans – ‘I Hope We Will’

During a livestreamed Democrat town hall event Tuesday evening, Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) was asked about the party’s response to GOP plans was. His answer: he “hopes” for a plan, recognizing Dems still  “need to put together our own counter plan.”
