Socialist MSNBC Host Brings on Socialist Professor to Tout Socialist Candidate

[See NewsBusters for more.] On MSNBC’s Last Word, Wednesday, socialist host Lawrence O’Donnell brought on socialist professor Frances Fox Piven to tout the campaign of socialist Bernie Sanders. Viewers will be relieved to know that none of this is extreme, however. Piven insisted, “I happen to believe we desperately need to do that, however. And, so, does Bernie Sanders, but not in radical ways.” Instead, she simply explained, “[Sanders] is not proposing to take over anything. He is just proposing to redistribute the concentrated wealth that we have been producing in this society to make sure that everybody, young people have jobs.”
