State Dep’t on Consequences for Assad’s Chlorine Gas Use: No Military Solution

Asked Wednesday what consequences the Assad regime could expect for violating a U.N. Security Council chapter seven resolution by using chlorine gas as a chemical weapon, State Department spokesman John Kirby stated repeatedly that there was no military solution to the civil war.
