State Dep’t Declines Comment on Claim Pakistani Intelligence Agency Funded Deadly Attack on CIA Personnel

State Department spokesman John Kirby declined to “speak about intelligence matters” when asked about claims in a declassified U.S. intelligence cable that Pakistan’s military intelligence agency financed a 2009 terror attack that targeted CIA personnel in Afghanistan.
