State Dep’t: Iran’s Parchin Base is a ‘Conventional Military Site,’ No Restrictions on Construction There

After a new IAEA report raised concerns about construction work at Iran’s controversial Parchin military complex State Department spokesman John Kirby said Thursday that Parchin is “a conventional military site, not a nuclear site,” and as such there was no restriction on new construction there.
