Syrian Oil Tanker Drivers Warned Before US Bombs Fell

Anti-ISIL coalition spokesman Army Col. Steve Warren told reporters Wednesday that the drivers of oil tankers in Syria targeted for airstrikes were warned to flee beforehand because although the oil trucks "are being used for operations that support ISIL, the truck drivers themselves, are probably not members of ISIL."
