Trump Blames Past US Administrations, Not China, For Massive Trade Imbalance

Speaking alongside President Xi Jinping in Beijing on Thursday, President Trump said he does not blame China for the massive U.S. annual trade deficit with the country, but blames “past administrations for allowing this out-of-control trade deficit to take place and to grow.”
