TSA Nominee: U.S. Must 'Engage Communities,' Explain Anti-Terrorism Policy

Erroll Southers, President Obama's nominee to head the Transportation Security Administration, said that some people claim U.S. foreign policy "exacerbates terrorism" and that America needs to "engage communities" globally to explain our anti-terrorism policy.
