UK Election Looming? Boris Johnson Urges Lawmakers to Oppose Attempt by Opponents to Delay Brexit

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Monday called on parliament to oppose a “pointless” attempt by Jeremy Corbyn’s Labour Party to delay Brexit. If lawmakers proceed with an attemtp to block his plans on leading Britain out of the E.U. by Oct. 31, a new election could be called.
