WH Press Secretary on Gingrich: Takes Back 'Liar,' but Offers New Title

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney states that a person who thinks he can 'magically' reduce gas prices is not a 'liar,' but instead a person who 'doesn't know what he's talking about.'

Yesterday Carney implied that presidential candidate Newt Gingrich was a 'liar' for promising $2.50 per gallon of gas if president.
