WH Says Iran Deal Critics Will Have to Sell Argument That it's Either Diplomacy or War

Hitting back at congressional criticism of the Iran nuclear deal that could be announced early Tuesday, White House press secretary Josh Earnest on Monday suggested that those who oppose the deal were opting for war.
