Bibiana Posada is a recent graduate from Penn State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, graduating summa cum laude. During her time at Penn State she completed an honors thesis, which involved Latino political research in two states. She was awarded the Steven A. Peterson award where she was recognized for her outstanding efforts. 

In addition to her academic experience, Bibiana has participated in congressional advocacy, working alongside policy makers and constituents from across the country. In the future she plants to attend law school and hopes to gain experience in journalism and the intersection of public policy.
