Bemoaning ‘Disgusting Anti-Russian Hysteria,’ Moscow Tries to Link New Claims on Skripal Attack to ‘Staged’ Chemical Attacks in Syria

Moscow’s envoy to the U.N. charged Thursday that the release of new evidence of Russian involvement in a chemical weapons attack on British soil was at attempt to “unleash disgusting anti-Russian hysteria,” and linked it to supposed plans for a new chemical weapons provocation in Syria for which the Assad regime would be blam
