Did Scarborough Just Call Maddow 'Intellectually Weak' and 'Afraid'?

On Morning Joe, two days after Rachel Maddow condemned TV shows that give air time to original Iraq war hawks like Paul Bremer [something Morning Joe had done], Joe Scarborough says: "I don't know why some people are so intellectually weak that they're afraid to actually listen."  Adds Scarborough: if people "wanted to watch people just saying what they--what everybody else in a little circle believe, they could watch certain shows on prime time cable."
