At the end, Biden failed to remember the name of Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, and even the name of the Pentagon. Seconds later, CNN anchor Pamela Brown and White House reporter Kaitlan Collins papered over the embarrassment by shifting the focus to Donald Trump.
