WHO Doesn’t Recommend ‘Vaccine Passports’ Because Vaccine Availability is Insufficient and Uneven

The director of the World Health Organization emergencies program says it does not recommend the use of COVID-19 vaccine passports as a mandatory requirement for travel “because quite simply vaccination is just not available enough around the world and is not available certainly on an equitable basis.”
