Rep. Vern Buchanan Said Amnesty For Illegal Aliens Leads To More Illegal Aliens

On "Morning Joe" this morning, Florida Rep. Vern Buchanan said Reagan gave amnesty for illegals but that did not solve the problem but only led to more illegals entering America. He said immigrants must follow our laws when attempting to be citizens by starting at the back of the line.
