Shock: ABC, CBS Show Man Stopping Carjacking With His Gun

[See NewsBusters for more.] In a surprising change of pace, ABC on Friday actually covered an Atlanta man who defended himself with a gun to stop a carjacking. NBC's Today completely ignored the story, despite a four-hour running time. CBS This Morning allowed a scant eight seconds on the story.  Good Morning America news reader Amy Robach revealed, "And caught on camera: A would-be carjacker in Atlanta picking the wrong car owner to mess with. That's because he carries a gun for protection, which he used to force the suspect out of his car and then face down on the ground until the police arrived to make the arrest."
