WH Bills as ‘Historic’ First Ever Visit by Vietnam’s Communist Party Boss

White House press secretary Josh Earnest said on Monday that President Obama will hold a “historic meeting” Tuesday with the general-secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the first time the holder of that position is received at the White House.
